Admissions Manager

The Admissions Manager is responsible for coordinating effective, efficient admission / intake process for all patients. As an Admission Manager, you will act as first point of contact for the admission representatives and receptionist by providing guidance and overall support for daily workflow. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development, you will manage day-to-day admission operations while adhering to best practices and maintaining company core values.

Daily responsibilities include :

• Assisting in leading daily census and hospital metrics in team meetings
• Building and maintaining relationships with local insurance payers, maintaining current / up to day knowledge of payer contract and preferences
• Assisting Director of Business Development with admission audits and pulls data correctly for team education
• Assisting with day-to-day tasks related to admissions, billing, and authorization submission, and provides training for new hires in collaboration with the Director of Business Development

Pay : Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
