Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring Foremen for duct bank project work in the Petersburg, VA area. The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and permits
• Establish daily crew goals
• Communicate with customer
• Monitor progress
• Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching
