Consolidated Medical Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Petoskey, Michigan.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience :

    • 2+ years recent OR RN experience — Required

  • Ortho, general, endovascular, OB experience — Preferred
  • Certifications :

    • BLS (AHA) Required

  • License :

    • Active Michigan RN license — Required

  • Provide LARA and Nursys verifications
  • Other Requirements :

    • Skills checklist (within 1 year) required

  • Must not be a McLaren FT employee within last 6 months

    • Special Notes

  • Strict Attendance Policy :

    • 3-strike rule (tardiness over 20 min or unexcused absences) = termination

  • Exceptions only for verified illness / hospitalization
  • No references required , but documentation and skills checklist must be up to date
  • Holiday coverage or RTO not detailed
  • Physical certs not needed unless specifically stated
  • May involve non-consecutive workdays after Nov 14
