Summary :

In this role, you will develop and execute product marketing strategies for Vizient's physician preference item (PPI) business. You will leverage your strong project management skills to collaborate across the organization with product development and management, sales, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop compelling, differentiated value propositions for assigned solutions.
  • Work with product management to create positioning frameworks and messaging that communicate product value to key personas to drive market adoption and sales success.
  • Create high-impact product content that positions products and supports go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop launch plans at the product level that align with marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with market insights team to synthesize market research, including competitive analysis and customer insights, to understand buyer needs and market dynamics.
  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, and buying groups using segmentation and behavioral insights.
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging models that reflect market value and competitive positioning.
  • Lead comprehensive sales enablement initiatives for your assigned products, including building and maintaining product collateral and sales tools, .
  • Track and evaluate product marketing effectiveness through KPIs, including engagement, pipeline contribution, and win / loss analysis.

Qualifications :

  • Relevant degree preferred in Business, Communication or related field
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in a B2B product marketing or related marketing role, healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex features into clear and compelling marketing messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and content management systems.
  • Skilled in building cross-functional relationships and influencing without authority.
  • Estimated Hiring Range :

    At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.

    This position is also incentive eligible.
