job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry to the manufacturing and industrial location. Verify credentials and identification of individuals entering and exiting the premises, following site-specific policies and procedures. Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access-related inquiries and directions. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns. Document and report all access control activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements. Support emergency response activities as required, following established procedures for the location. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
