Program Manager (Licensed) - GRAN Recovery Program

View Point Health is a community behavioral health center utilizing a team of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed counselors and social workers, and other professionals to provide services to individuals who need treatment and support to cope with mental illness, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. View Point Health serves uninsured, underinsured, low-income Medicaid, Medicare, war veterans and some private insurance across multiple locations with a full continuum of behavioral health services and support. The services provided by View Point Health contribute to the reduction in homelessness, reduction in crime and subsequent incarcerations, higher graduation rates, lower dropout rates, decreased ER visits and decreased inpatient admissions.

View Point Health's GRAN Recovery Center is a 28-day Intensive Residential Addiction treatment program. With an emphasis on maintaining a positive therapeutic community, treatment interventions focus on promoting abstinence from substance use, shifting from addictive behaviors and effecting change in the individuals' lifestyle, attitudes, and values.

Program Manager leads an interdisciplinary treatment team working within a continuum of care for Addictive Disease Services with a focus on providing Intensive Residential AD services for individuals with moderate to severe SUD.

Bachelor's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of job-related subordinate management experience in a human service delivery program; or related certification and two (2) years of job-related subordinate management experience in a human service delivery program; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Mgr 1, Social Svcs (SSM010) or equivalent position.
