Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Customer Satisfaction : Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a customer-centric approach daily.
- Inventory Management : Oversee inventory management, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales.
- Training and Development : Conduct training sessions and continuous development programs for the sales team.
- Performance Analysis : Regularly review and analyze sales performance data to make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management : Manage departmental budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership sales management.Proven track record of success in sales management, including meeting and exceeding sales targets at a dealership.Strong leadership, mentor / coach and team management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of automotive industry trends and dealership operations.Proficiency in sales management software and tools.High level of motivation, self-discipline, and integrity.Team player!Benefits :
