As one of the first voices our clients will hear—often during some of the most difficult moments in their lives—you’ll play a critical role in screening cases, scheduling consultations, signing retainers, and delivering exceptional service with empathy and urgency. What You’ll Be Doing :
Handling a large volume of outbound calls, within 1 minute of receiptFollowing up on a large volume of calls being chased (Approx 50-75 daily)Taking sporadic inbound calls from call backs on outbound attempts with care, curiosity, and calm under pressureScreening cases (especially family law) with empathy + urgencyScheduling attorney consults + signing retainers / contractsFollowing up via call, text, and emailMeeting and exceeding quotas like it's your side hustle (but this is your main hustle)Assisting with “all hands on deck” projects – if we need help setting up systems, running new projects, putting out fires; you’re thereBringing ideas to streamline ops, tech, and resultsBeing the person we trust to help us scale this rocket shipEntering details accurately, clearly and with intention.Give 5 Star Customer experienceHelping hundreds of people in need a month with a phone call on what is likely the worst time of their life.Hours
Full-time, set schedule once launched — 7 days / week coverage between 9AM–11PM EST; Weekends are a must- we can rotate days / weekendsMay work day shift or afternoon shiftNo holidays off — we serve law firms when clients need them mostWe’re still finalizing exact shifts, but if you’re all in, we’ll make it work.This is not for the “clock-in, clock-out” crowd. We want teammates who are dedicated, reliable, and ready to grow something from the ground up.Requirements
2+ years legal intake experience, ideally in family law or PI (MUST HAVE WORKED IN LEGAL INTAKE- no getting around this one, sorry), preferably in high-volume firm taking at least 15-20 IB calls or at least 50 OB calls a dayLarge, Large volume of outbound calls!Excellent written and verbal communication – you’ll take a live writing / typing testReliable high-speed internet + backup connectionQuiet, distraction-free workspaceNot a primary caregiver during shift hoursTech-savvy, fast learnerResilient and adaptable- this isn’t going to be perfect- we’re going to change a LOT and frequently until we get it right… again, this is a start up.U.S.-based, 18+ years oldAbility to Multi-Task, yet stay organized and on top of it all!Start Up mentality- the person we can go to for it all.Hungry- can’t leave a lead untouched, desire to “win” by calling, connecting with and converting the most leads while providing exceptional serviceNights, Weekends, Holiday availability with OT!Nice-to-Haves :
