Summary :

We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist for an 8-week contract with a home infusion pharmacy in Texas. This role focuses on sterile compounding and requires prior inpatient or infusion experience, along with IV certification.

Schedule :

Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Full-time, 8-week contract

Responsibilities :

Prepare and compound sterile IV medications in accordance with USP standards

Verify prescription orders and ensure accuracy of all compounded products

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for sterile compounding

Collaborate with pharmacy staff to support infusion operations

Provide clinical oversight and ensure patient safety in all aspects of dispensing

Requirements :

Active Texas pharmacist license

Sterile compounding experience required

IV certification

Background in inpatient or home infusion pharmacy
