Senior Machine Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for the Agentic AI team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and develop multi-agent systems for context-aware interactions

Build agentic prototypes using GenAI models and convert them into products for customers

Mentor engineers and refine processes for experimentation and production rollouts

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Expertise in agentic AI, pretraining, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning of models

7+ years of experience in building large-scale solutions, particularly in agent-based systems

Experience in developing dialogue systems with multi-step reasoning capabilities

Experience in deploying AI services with high availability and low latency
