Opening, processing, and monitoring of work orders to ensure successful and efficient service. Proactively contacting customers to provide repair status of units. Customer visits. Debriefing with technicians at the conclusion of each day for the purpose of efficient scheduling and planning. Repair estimate preparation, presentation, and processing. Processing of warranty claims. Answering phones and assisting customers with a positive customer focused attitude. Assisting with rental inquiries, quotations, set-up and deliveries. Morrison Industrial Equipment is looking for a Full-Time Service Management Assistant at our Elkhart location, located at 2988 Paul Drive.
This position would require a valid, good-standing driver’s license.
This position would also be subject to a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check for any position within the company.
This team member works Monday-Friday, first shift hours, and works 40 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime.
Compensation for this role starts at $26.00 per hour with additional bonus incentive.
Total annual pay expected $60,000-$70,000 .

- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn.
- Skilled at multi-tasking.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer relation skills.
- Ability to monitor KPI’s
- Good leadership, communication, and supervision skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal language skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Intermediate level computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel.
