What You'll Do (Project Scope)
You'll lead targeted marketing initiatives with a focus on strategy, execution, and results, including :
- Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership - Build visibility through case studies, white papers, webinars, and conference engagements that showcase our expertise, project successes, and industry thought leadership.
- Demand Generation - Run campaigns that engage enterprise, hyperscale, and public sector clients through digital, ABM, SEO / SEM, and targeted outreach.
- Messaging & Content Strategy - Develop materials that resonate with technical stakeholders (engineers, facilities teams) and business decision-makers (C-suite, IT leaders).
- Go-to-Market Support - Partner with Sales and Operations to shape offerings and align marketing efforts with business priorities.
- Analytics & ROI Tracking - Use data to refine strategy, measure results, and report progress.
What You Bring
8+ years of B2B marketing (experience in engineering, data centers, commissioning, or adjacent technical services preferred)Proven success leading digital campaigns, content programs, and channel / partner strategiesStrong storytelling ability-able to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiencesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, technical staff, and executivesData-driven mindset with comfort in marketing KPIs, CRM systems, and performance toolsWhy This Role Stands Out
