What You'll Do :

• Work directly with seasoned litigators to prepare high-stakes cases for trial
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and resolve medical liens with providers
• Draft compelling legal documents and correspondence
• Communicate with clients , healthcare providers, and adjusters with empathy and professionalism
• Obtain and review medical records and critical documentation to support case strategy
• Manage a high-volume caseload with precision and care
• Litigate cases from intake through jury trial , gaining courtroom experience alongside a winning team

What We're Looking For :

Strong desire to learn personal injury law (Prior experience not required)

Florida Bar License (required)

Strong organizational and client management skills

Excellent written and verbal advocacy

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven culture
