Your Role at Sana Lake
Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Housing Peer Recovery Coach who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!
As a Housing Peer Recovery Coach, you will emphasize the acquisition, development, and expansion of the rehabilitation skills needed to move forward in substance use or co-occurring recovery. The Recovery Supportive Housing Peer will also provide transportation between Recovery Housing and Outpatient Services. They will also provide guidance at residences where payors reside. Interventions are built on the unique relationship between the Peer Specialist, the individual served, and his or her family unit.
