About This Role

We're seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead CaptivateIQ's engineering organization through this next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the SVP of R&D, this role is responsible for scaling execution, building world-class teams, and operationalizing engineering in support of product, platform, and enterprise goals. This is a key executive role for a strong operator and people leader who excels at balancing rapid iteration with foundational investment, technical strategy with organizational design, and cross-functional alignment with engineering excellence. You'll be the connective tissue between vision and deliveryhelping scale a product-driven culture with a bias for action.

The base range represents the minimum and maximum for this position across North America. The compensation offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our OTE is just one component of CaptivateIQ's competitive total rewards package.
