Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to identify, design, lead, and execute training projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver content and curriculum through various methods, including instructor-led and e-learning

Conduct needs analysis and design training programs while maintaining alignment across services

Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate training program design

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship

Experience in writing instructional text and managing multiple complex projects

In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
