Maintenance Technician

Must Haves :

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance
• Experience in one of the following areas : automation / robotics, PLC's, or stamping presses

Job Responsibilites :

Accurately document all maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), IQMS, and complete assigned work orders.

Troubleshoot and modify PLC programs, Field Bus applications, and HMI programs using a laptop.

Recover and reteach robotic systems as needed.

Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Use repair manuals, blueprints, and schematics to identify and resolve issues.

Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Diagnose machine malfunctions using various diagnostic tools.

Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools.

Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other mechanical components.

Inspect and maintain drives, motors, belts, fluid levels, and filters.

You should be proficient in :

• PLC Troubleshooting Skills

Machines & technologies you'll use :

• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron)
