What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
Run the inside-sales cycle : discovery plan match compliant close retention
Explain plan options clearly; tailor solutions by budget, RX, and provider needs
Maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM; track activity and outcomes
Hit daily activity goals and conversion targets; adopt coaching quickly

What You Need (Requirements)
Licensing : Health Insurance License required
Indiana : Health & Life preferred (Health-only acceptable)
Florida : 240 / 215 license
Experience is not the primary filter-licensure + coachability is
In-office availability; 10-hour shifts
Compensation (1099 Contractor)
$250 weekly base + 25% commission (typical weekly commissions $1,500 $2,000 ).
