You will manage service follow-ups, coordinate internal resources, and drive retention through proactive communication. This hands-on Client Success Coordinator role ensures every account is activated smoothly and every concern is resolved promptly.

What Will I Be Doing as a Client Success Coordinator?

Support onboarding of new AT&T clients by verifying account details, coordinating wireless service activation, and ensuring documentation accuracy across bundled plans.

Execute post-sale engagement by resolving service needs, billing adjustments, and configuration updates through structured outreach workflows.

Monitor account health and initiate proactive outreach to reinforce satisfaction, resolve service barriers, and reduce churn across assigned territories.

Maintain CRM precision by logging client interactions, service status, and resolution timelines to support campaign visibility and retention tracking.

Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to align service delivery benchmarks and ensure seamless onboarding across AT&T’s wireless portfolio.

Participate in campaign reviews, training modules, and performance huddles to sharpen execution and align with AT&T’s territory acquisition goals.
