We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team and take responsibility for running our kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, while leading and developing a team of kitchen staff. Job Responsibilities
Ensure kitchens are kept clean, safe, and organizedMonitor the quality of food produced in the kitchenOversee kitchen inventory and order food and supplies as neededTrain, supervise and develop kitchen staff to ensure effective kitchen operationsEnsure food safety standards are maintainedMonitor food costs and take corrective action when necessaryDevelop and implement procedures for waste managementMaintain records of food production and kitchen operationsTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the kitchenJob Requirements
3-5 years work experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role with a proven track record, Buffet Experience PreferredBilingual (Spanish)Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate tasksAbility to remain calm and resolve problems efficientlyExcellent time management and organization skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFood safety knowledge and understanding of sanitation regulationsHands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grills, fryers, etc.)Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or Restaurant Management preferred.PandoLogic.
