Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific conditions and enhance physical function.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients in individual and group settings.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve physical function and prevent injury.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families to promote well-being and coping strategies.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.
Physical Therapist Qualifications :
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of CA.1-2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in a similar setting.BLS / CPR certification required.Valid CA Drivers license.Documentary Requirements :
