Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Recruiting Team! Your task will be to keep the organization well staffed with the right talent. Assist with company's long-term strategies.
A brief summary of duties and responsibilities are as follows :
RECRUITING - BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES in addition to the following :
- Analyze recruiting plan based on the required hiring needs and goals.
- Use various channels to source qualified candidates to best fit company's future goals.
- Work with recruiter to manage application / resume reviewing and interviewing.
- Research and report talent trends.
- Report weekly results, monthly results of traffic, trends.
- Ability to perform market study of wages, competition and trends.
- Report recruiting dept goals, results and action plans.
- Assist with in-house onboarding orientation to follow new hires.
