Sr Operations Technical Program Manager

Project Kuiper is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. The Kuiper Electronic Supply Chain team is seeking a Sr Operations Technical Program Manager to drive technical manufacturing and supply chain operations Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) destined for our satellites. The successful candidate will manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production processes while maintaining an uncompromising focus on quality and delivery requirements.

This position will be based on site at our Vendor in Santa Clara, California.

Key Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive PCBA supply chain execution and strategies to support high-volume satellite production while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, delivery and risk mitigation.
• Lead supplier qualification, and relationship management for complex, high-reliability PCBA manufacturing.
• Drive technical alignment between design teams, manufacturing partners, and quality engineering to optimize PCBA manufacturability and yield.
• Create and manage contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, including multi-sourcing strategies and geographical risk diversification.
• Partner with engineering and hardware teams to influence PCB design decisions that impact supply chain resilience.
• Lead cross-functional programs to qualify new PCBA technologies and manufacturing processes.
