Lead by example on ticket resolution and live interactions, ensuring quality and speed
Mentor support agents and contribute to the growth of training programs and performance standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical support, IT / networking, or related operations
2+ years of leadership or team management experience
Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and build scalable systems
Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues in live environments
Experience with POS systems, networking, or distributed hardware is a plus
