- Credentialing Time Frame : at hospital from date received 30-45 days
- Location : Hospital is Pine Bluff Arkansas, 75% of medical staff live in Little Rock at and drive
- Additional Location Information : Arkansas is a beautiful state, our patients are very appreciative and respect the physicians,
