A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative - Specialty Testing Client Billing (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Manage outbound calls or email replies, averaging 50-60 contacts per day
Invoice, monitor, and resolve aging accounts receivable for assigned client accounts
Follow standard operating procedures to update and resolve denied claims
Required Qualifications :
Associates degree with 1+ years of relevant work experience or High School diploma / GED with 3+ years of relevant work experience
Prior healthcare customer service experience is strongly preferred
Previous call center customer service experience is strongly preferred
Client billing collections experience is highly preferred
Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
