Entry Level Parts Employee

AutoFair Ford of Haverhill is seeking a Entry Level Parts Employee to join our team. Are you currently working in a retail parts store and feel like there is no opportunities to further your career? "I don't know the Ford product?" - No problem, we will teach the right candidate!

"What does a team-based pay plan consist of?" - We need the kind of person who can hold theirselves personally accountable through supporting the team to ensure everyone has a high quality of life / work balance.

"What is the facility like?" - AC, all new equipment, over 20 bays, very organized.

"I am smart and good with customers (great customer service skills) but I do not know anything about parts." - That's ok, if you are the right candidate, we will teach you.

"What is the schedule like?" - 40 hours per week including Saturdays with every Sunday off.

"Will I spend a lot of time on my feet? I like to get my steps in." - Yes, we will help you achieve your "stand goal" since you will be ordering and picking parts all day.

"Who will I be selling parts to?" - Some retail parts customers, but mostly we are providing parts for our shop. Our goal is to keep our highly trained certified technicians busy fixing our customers' vehicles rather than standing in line waiting on parts.

"Who would I report to?" - We have an energetic leader in the parts department who will work with you to help you learn and grow in the role. We want to prepare you for the next opportunity (if you want it) to grow with the company!

Lastly,

"I am not good with learning new computer programs." - Well, this probably will not work for you. Thank you for considering us though.
