job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAccurately pick and assemble orders using a voice-pick or pick-sheet system Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely Ensure products are stacked properly and wrapped securely for transport Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Work in refrigerated and / or dry warehouse environments as needed Meet productivity and accuracy standards on a consistent basis Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred, but not required - we're willing to train the right candidates Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the majority of the shift Comfortable working in varying temperature zones (refrigerated, frozen, ambient) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependable with a solid work ethic and team-oriented mindset Willingness to relocate commute to Middletown, PA when the facility moves (end of year 2025) Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement Training and support from a knowledgeable team A stable and growing company environment Future growth at our brand-new Middletown facility

Job Summary :
As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, stacking, and preparing grocery products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time.
