Summary / Objective

The Maintenance Technician will be fully certified to climb and work on cellular towers. The Maintenance Technician will have an expert level of experience in troubleshooting wireless / cellular equipment & system issues

Essential Functions :

• Ensures a safe work environment
• Work with basic hand tools and safety equipment
• Maintain daily paperwork required for the site
• Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership
• Ensure safety and quality control requirements at your sites and with your crew
• Coordinate with customer representative for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship with a customer representative.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and actively train / promote learning to all crew members.
• Always maintain equipment and vehicles in an operational condition.
• Other duties as assigned.
