We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to join our team in North Dallas, Texas. This role is well-suited for a professional who excels in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high standards of quality and safety.

Reporting directly to Division Management, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and close-out. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading project initiation and kick-off processes, including scheduling and coordination with key stakeholders
• Preparing and reviewing monthly billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Reviewing and approving vendor and subcontractor agreements and invoices
• Monitoring job costs and tracking production metrics to ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines
• Coordinating labor, equipment, and production data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Working closely with Superintendents and Foremen to manage day-to-day site operations and ensure job readiness
• Identifying and documenting changes in project scope or site conditions and initiating appropriate change orders
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients through consistent communication and status updates
• Mentoring and supervising Project Coordinators, promoting their professional growth and development
• Supporting procurement efforts, including materials, site utilities, and office needs
• Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and company standards throughout the duration of the project
