Submission Requirements

2+ years of dialysis experience including inpatient experience

No 1st  time travelers

tele reads & measure experience

experience using  Fresenius machines

acute dialysis including hemodialysis & peritoneal dialysis - strongly desired

Certification Requirements

BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

Iowa

Compact Allowed

Shift Notes :

Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7a-7p, 36 hrs / week; Call - Friday 1900-2200, Saturday / Sunday 1900-0700

On Call Requirements :

Friday 1900-2200, Saturday / Sunday 1900-0700
