Overview
Incumbent works in the Commander, Navy Region, Southwest (CNRSW), Fleet & Family Readiness NAS Fallon (FFR), Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Program Aquatics Division.

Requirements
- Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
- Must meet federal suitability requirements including successful completion of background investigation.
- Irregular working hours may be required to include early shift, late shift, evenings, weekends and holidays when the need arises.
- May be required to lift and carry swimmers varying in weight and size.
- Must be ready to respond to emergency situations at all times.
- Must have at least one year of specialized experience related to planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing aquatics programs.
- Must have at least 3 years of progressive experience in aquatics or a four-year undergraduate degree in health, fitness, recreation or related field.
- Must have a current nationally recognized aquatics certificate (i.e. Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor, CPR for the Rescuer and Emergency Response) through the American Red Cross or equivalent.
