Brand Promotions Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Promotions Assistant to join our growing team. As a Promotions Assistant, you'll help plan and execute brand campaigns, support event logistics, and contribute fresh ideas to build community buzz around our client initiatives. This is an ideal position for someone who’s eager to learn the ropes of experiential marketing, social impact campaigns, and event-based outreach.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, from grassroots to large-scale activations
• Support day-to-day operations including event planning, client communication, and market research
• Represent client brands in-person at events, ensuring a high-energy, on-message experience
• Help create content for social media and digital promotions
• Track campaign performance and help analyze outcomes to improve future efforts
• Conduct market and demographic research to inform campaign strategy and outreach tactics
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop messaging, graphics, and promotional materials
• Track and analyze performance metrics (event turnout, engagement rates, etc.) to optimize future marketing efforts
• Manage internal marketing calendars to keep campaigns on schedule and aligned with strategic goals
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch meetings with clients and team leads
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, vendors, and collaborators to expand campaign reach
• Ensure brand consistency across all events for both Urban Pulse and client campaigns
