Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee site-level project management and ensure that data center projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is crucial for managing projects related to build and network infrastructure, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cost standards. The Construction Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and installers to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities with General Contractors and Telecom Partners.
• Drive solutions to achieve business unit goals and key performance indicators.
• Serve as the primary contact for external partners, including GC Trade Partners.
• Provide input into constructability and assist in project schedule creation and maintenance.
• Escalate key issues for coordination with Campus Construction Management and Facilities Operations.
• Lead efforts in planning and executing new data center capacity projects.
• Collaborate with tenured team members for onboarding and guidance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Gallatin, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
