158 bed facility in Beaver Dam Wisconsin has an immediate and ongoing need for a Locum CRNA.
- Any state license accepted to present
- Paid Wisconsin license
- Monday through Thursday
- 8 or 10 hour shifts
- Weekday call once per week, no weekend call
- Need full time coverage
- Mac, General Anesthesia, Elective cases, intubation, IV placement
