Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Medical Director searches, collaborating with Operations and Medical leadership teams
Build and maintain relationships with veterinary professionals to create a proactive talent pipeline
Track and report on recruiting activities and metrics, meeting or exceeding regular hiring targets
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, veterinary, or medical sectors
Proven success recruiting for senior-level clinical or leadership roles
Experience partnering with senior field leaders
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
Ability to conduct structured intake calls and manage multiple requisitions
