A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead, Sales & Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain operational infrastructure for the Sales organization, including territory management and quota tracking
Build forecasting rhythms and revenue dashboards to ensure predictable revenue visibility
Analyze the sales process to identify inefficiencies and implement systems for sales enablement and automation
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Growth Strategy within a SaaS or technology-driven organization
In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation and revenue forecasting
Fluency in CRM systems (Hubspot / Salesforce) and data analytics tools
Experience with AI-driven enrichment and automation workflows
Proficiency with SQL, R, or Python
