A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior IT Systems Analyst

Position type : Full-time, Contract

Duration :  3+ months

Location : Remote

As an Senior IT Systems Analyst, you will :

• The Senior IT Systems Analyst supports leadership in coordinating and managing activities essential to the operation of a department or equivalent organizational structure. Responsibilities include budget coordination, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making support.
• Independently manage multiple large-scale internal IT projects or department-level initiatives from initiation to closure, including resource planning, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and change control.
• Possess broad knowledge of IT systems and technical processes to make informed decisions regarding hardware, software, and technology agreements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for requirements gathering and industry proposal development.
• Experience in healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with committee-based and consensus-driven organizations.
• Background in finance and project management.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
• Interface regularly with department committees and executive leadership, providing performance reports and strategic recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have : The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic systems (Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, Cheers Campaign), proven project management skills, and a solid background in healthcare IT.
