Executive Assistant- Relocation Assistance Offered
Location : Albuquerque, NM, 100% on-site, relocation assistance provided
Hours : Full-time Monday-Friday, evening and weekend work as needed
Compensation : Competitive salary and consistent bonus, A $25,000 relocation assistance package is provided, and any remaining funds not used will be yours to keep after the calendar year following your start date.

This position requires exceptional organization and communication skills, sound judgment, proactivity in all areas from scheduling to prioritizing, and a solid ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison to the company's leaderManage a complex, constantly changing calendar with accuracy and precisionCoordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel with the utmost attention to detailDraft confidential correspondence, reports, and presentationsAnticipate the needs of the Executive and maintain a proactive approach to all tasksServe as a key partner to senior leadership across the organizationExercise discretion with sensitive information and interactionsSupporting project management tasks and consistent follow-up on action itemsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have :
5+ years of experience supporting c-suite or senior executives as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-demand environmentOutstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanor and an ability to remain calm under pressure, while balancing a sense of urgencyImpeccable writing and editing capabilitiesProven discretion, loyalty, and integrityTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, Excel, Zoom and the ability to become proficient in the organization's CRM platformAdditional Requirements :
