An AI Developer for a long-term hybrid in Lansing, Michigan, contract opportunity with our direct client
- Candidates MUST be currently within a commutable 1.5 hour distance of Lancing. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview
Project Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to provide ongoing maintenance and support for applications, including a Google Cloud product. This position is key to maintaining and enhancing the stability, functionality, and compliance of these systems. The team member will help ensure data accuracy, security, and streamlined business processes. In addition, this individual will serve as a technical lead, offering guidance and collaboration with other developers, and contributing to the design, integration, and implementation of projects. Without this role, manual processes could increase the risk of data errors and impact the integrity of vital records.
Responsibilities :
Develop, maintain, and enhance AI and machine learning solutions.Work with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), and / or C++.Process and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, and / or Pandas.Design and implement unit and integration tests for chatbot flows and APIs.Debug and monitor performance to ensure smooth chatbot functionality.Apply conversation design principles to create user-friendly chatbot interfaces.Implement and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face’s Transformers for text-based document processing.Apply NLP techniques, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and context management.Implement Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions using Tesseract, Google Vision API, or AWS Textract.Develop chatbot solutions with Dialogflow ES or CX, Google Assistant SDK, or other Google Cloud chatbot tools.Integrate chatbots across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and voice assistants.Work with RESTful APIs and webhooks to enable seamless backend communication.Utilize cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud AI, or Azure AI for document processing and AI model deployment.Deploy and manage chatbot applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like Google Cloud Functions, App Engine, and Firestore.Improve conversational flows, manage dialogue context, and enhance user satisfaction.Collaborate using agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to drive continuous improvements.Required Skills & Experience :
3+years in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.3+ years in microservices.3+years in SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face’s3+years in Tesseract, Google Vision API, or AWS Textract.3+years in Dialogflow ES or CX, Google Assistant SDK, or other Google Cloud chatbot development tools3+years in RESTful APIs and webhooks3+years in SQL, R, and / or Pandas.3+ years in cloud computing and software development.3+ years software development in Python, Java, JavaScript.3+ years implementing core Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.3+ years designing, building, and managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.3+ years in projects development using Angular / React JS, JavaScript framework.3+ years programming in the JBOSS Enterprise SOA environment including JBOSS Workflow.3+ years using CMM / CMMI Level 3 methods and practices.3+ years implemented agile development processes including test driven development.3+ years' Experience creating CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.About Codeworks : Codeworks has over 25 years of experience serving Fortune 1000 companies in Wisconsin as well as our client's national locations. Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $55 / hr and $60 / hr. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
