A company is looking for an IME Customer Service Admin.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the administrative duties related to the customer service process, including drafting incoming referrals and completing the intake process
Filter client emails and ensure timely communication of necessary information to appropriate team members
Request and manage medical records, invoicing referrals, and assist with auditing and outreach tasks
Required Qualifications
Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Business experience in a healthcare and / or insurance setting is preferred
Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
Must maintain an uninterrupted internet connection for remote work
