Location : Remote (with in-person court appearances)

Base Salary : $150,000 – $190,000 yearly + Quarterly bonus

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and the ability to represent clients effectively in court. This position will involve managing a caseload, providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in a variety of family law matters.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct client meetings through phone and video conferences
• Draft various marital agreements, such as property settlement agreements, prenups, postnups, and co-parenting plans
• Manage cases from initiation to trial & final resolution with support staff assistance
• Attend hearings and argue motions in multiple courts
• Simultaneously handle cases in multiple Northern Virginia courts, including Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria, and Prince William
• Multitask effectively and meet multiple deadlines
• Monitor and track case progress
• Adhere to the firm's file organization and other policies

Qualifications :

Compensation and Benefits :

Compensation : Salary commensurate with experience. Associates receive origination bonuses for cases they bring in. Additional quarterly bonuses are on offer based on performance.
