Key Responsibilities

Conduct generative and evaluative research to uncover user needs and guide product development

Advocate for user needs in cross-functional team discussions while balancing business objectives

Refine research questions and share insights to shape product decisions throughout the development process

Required Qualifications

Relevant research experience within an agile team, preferably in SaaS, finance, or healthcare

Ability to respond effectively to both clear and ambiguous research requests using suitable methodologies

Demonstrated capability to deliver actionable recommendations through concise research reports

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workload independently

A portfolio showcasing core research skills, including generative and evaluative research
