Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment for high-volume roles in Manufacturing and Warehouse, including Facilities Lead, Machine Operators, Production Line Mechanic, Warehouse Lead, and Transportation Drivers.
  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience and a consultative hiring manager experience.
  • Source and engage top talent through dynamic recruiting strategies and proactive networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to identify needs and align recruiting activities with the business.
  • Communicate recruiting processes effectively to hiring managers to set clear expectations.
  • Develop deep subject-matter expertise for assigned roles and utilize multiple recruiting methods to reach top candidates.
  • Identify and drive recruiting projects (e.g., interview training, candidate experience) from ideation to execution and measure success.
  • Extend offers and manage pre / post-offer checks; guide candidates through onboarding.
  • Plan and participate in local and business unit-level career fairs, open houses, and recruiting events as appropriate.
  • Develop role-specific sourcing plans within designated business units and build a diverse candidate bench.
  • Process employee data accurately, including new hire paperwork and payroll changes; maintain personnel and HR files; perform related administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to relate effectively to others.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS / CMS, and HRIS / HRMS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, exhibit urgency, and maintain a commitment to quality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation package. This position has an estimated hourly rate of $36.54 - $54.80. Actual pay may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
