Scope of work

Greet customers and schedule appointments

Understand customers' needs and dispatch work to the appropriate technicians

Order parts and deal with vendors

Various administrative and customer service activities

Qualifications of

Service Advisor / Writer

A positive attitude, exceptional communication and people skills and prior experience as a service writer / advisor in the heavy-line industry. A valid Driver's License is required.
