Details / Requirements :

Start 11 / 1 / 25 and ongoing throughout 2026

Highly prefers full-time but willing to review.

Will consider 3-4 days per week.

Outpatient clinic hours 8am-4 : 30pm.

12-14 patients per day.

Support : NP, RN, MA

No call

Board Certified required

Active IMLC / LOQ or active Pennsylvania license

EPIC

Credentialing can take just 30 days with clear med-mal history
