Job Description
I represent a permanent Orthopedic Surgery position in Illinois, just two hours’ west of Chicago. If interested, please call, text, or email and I will send links for review :
Practice Overview :
- Employed by 99 bed community hospital
- Physician retention rates averaging over 9 years
- Joining 2 Orthopedic Surgeons and 2 tenured Physician Assistants
- State of the Art Equipment including Mako Robot
- 4.5-day work week, 2 days open in the OR for scheduling
- Plenty of general orthopedics – Reasonable to get up to 50% total Joint in year one - Anterior approach to hip replacement a plus
- Call is shared 1 : 3 - Bi-laws cap call at 10 days per month - Additional comp for optional call beyond 10 days
