Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is seeking a Financial Analyst I . This role will be responsible for s upporting financial analysis activities by generating insights, preparing reports, and developing models as required.
This role will assist in month-end financial close activities and with the preparation of monthly operating review presentations.
Financial reporting will be primarily related to Physician Group Practice operations. Will be required to work a Hybrid schedule at the corporate office in Dallas, TX, 75244.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned.
Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue journal entries as part of the financial close process Assist in other aspects of the month-end financial close process, including reviewing and validating financial data Assist in developing automated reporting and forecasting tools Support annual budgeting activities by preparing templates, compiling data, and performing preliminary analysis Generate and maintain monthly operating review PowerPoint presentations Convert financial data into clear, visual presentations Collaborate with other departments (operations, accounting, revenue cycle) on joint projects Conduct preliminary market research, data mining, and basic valuations Ensure accuracy and completeness of external reports Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and verbal / written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, work environment Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong customer service orientation Ability to use discretion appropriately and maintain confidentiality Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently Education / Experience :
