Roles & Responsibilities :
Represent employers, insurers, and claims administrators in workers' compensation and related employment litigation.
Prepare legal documents, conduct depositions, and manage case files from inception to resolution.
Advise clients on compliance with employment, OSHA, wage, and discrimination laws.
Appear before administrative agencies and courts to advocate for client interests.
Collaborate with partners and team members to develop effective case strategies.
Qualifications :
J.D. from an accredited law school with 1-5 years of workers' compensation defense experience.
Active membership in Oregon (required).
Strong academic background with excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
