Bachus & Schanker, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Workers Compensation Paralegal to join its team in our Englewood office. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday. The firm's goal is to level the playing field between accident victims and large insurance companies. We are looking for a paralegal to join our dynamic team who shares our commitment to provide clients and team members with superior support!

The successful candidate is a person who is energetic, positive with a 'can do' attitude, ready to learn, and able to work independently. Skills that support you working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities :

• Extensive contact with clients, insurance companies, and other law firms
• Familiarity with medical records
• Assist with cases from sign up through resolution
• Gather and analyze information relevant to the case
• Extensive review and knowledge of each case
• Maintain contact with clients on a consistent basis
• Docketing and Calendaring
• Organization and maintenance of case files
• Have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast pace environment
• Have great people skills as the position requires a great deal of client contact
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and written skills
